Nulla Ebikes – Beast Line Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies specifically to all models under the Beast line and provides protection against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use:

  • Warranty Period: 12 months from the original date of purchase.

  • Warranty Scope: Covers the Beast’s frame, motor, battery, electrical system, and all original components. If any covered part fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, Nulla Ebikes will, at its discretion, repair or replace the part at no cost to the customer.

2. Exclusions

The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • User-Caused Damage: Includes damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, modifications, or use in unsuitable or extreme environments.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Components such as tires, brake pads, grips, chains, and bearings that naturally degrade over time.

  • Improper Maintenance: Issues caused by not following recommended maintenance guidelines or ignoring required service intervals.

  • Battery Degradation: Reduction in battery performance or capacity due to aging, frequent deep discharges, or improper charging is not covered after the initial 12-month period.

3. Post-Warranty Support

After the warranty expires:

  • Service Availability: Nulla Ebikes continues to offer repairs and replacement parts at a discounted rate.

  • Customer Costs: Costs for services and parts beyond the warranty period are the responsibility of the customer. Accepted payment methods include credit card and other approved options.

4. Making a Warranty Claim

To file a claim:

  1. Contact Nulla Ebikes: Call 0416 123 128 within the warranty period and describe the issue in detail.

  2. Inspection Process: Our team may request supporting evidence (photos, videos) or require that the bike or part be sent in for evaluation.

  3. Repair or Replacement: If the issue is determined to be covered, Nulla Ebikes will repair or replace the faulty part(s) free of charge.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nulla Ebikes’ liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components. We do not cover incidental or consequential damages.

Nulla Ebikes – Surron Line Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies exclusively to all models under the Surron line and provides coverage for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use:

  • Warranty Period: 12 months from the original date of purchase.

  • Warranty Scope: Covers the Surron’s frame, motor, battery, electrical components, and all other original parts. If any of these components exhibit manufacturing defects during the warranty period, Nulla Ebikes will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected parts at no cost to the customer.

2. Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to the following:

  • User-Caused Damage: Damage due to accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or operation in unsuitable conditions.

  • Wear and Tear: Normal wear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, and grips are excluded.

  • Improper Maintenance: Issues arising from failure to follow recommended maintenance or service schedules.

  • Battery Degradation: Natural battery capacity loss due to aging or improper charging practices is not covered beyond the 12-month warranty period.

3. Post-Warranty Support

After the warranty period:

  • Repair Services: Nulla Ebikes offers parts and service at a discounted rate.

  • Customer Responsibility: All parts and service costs after the warranty period are the customer’s responsibility. Payment methods include credit card or other accepted forms.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim:
